Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied you may return any unused product with tags still attached for store credit within 14 days of receiving the product.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

All Sale items, Preorder, and Presale items are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require your order number.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and notify you of approval for a refund.

If approved, you refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.  Please note:  it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to actually post to your account.


Damaged/Defective Items:

We will replace your item if it is damaged or defective.  We are not responsible for items that are damaged during transit.  We are not obligated to replace any items that have been washed, worn, or have the tags removed.  Please inspect all items before removing the tags.



We understand that sometimes you miss judge on sizing or your baby grows too fast.  We will exchange the item for the exact item in a different size for you.  You are responsible for return shipping of the original item.  All exchange items must be unwashed, unworn and have the original tags attached, and be in the original plastic packaging (if it came in it).  If you need an exchange for the same item please email:
